Job Description:
Duties: Responsible for IT Solutions Architecture, Project
management and Delivery management for Order to Cash (OTC)
operations in systems primarily using SAP ERP SD and SAP CRM Cloud
For Customer C4C Solutions. Responsible for the global
implementation and management of existing information technology
SAP OTC solutions. Deliver the solutions and services primarily
related to SAP ECC and SAP CRM C4C platform ecosystem. Work
collaboratively across various functions while leveraging a strong
global delivery framework to continue to deliver value at a lower
cost to serve. Lead teams and processes and deliver functional
solutions and services in SAP SD and SAP CRM C4C areas. Manage and
lead teams of Analysts and Consultants for SAP SD system
architecture design, requirements gathering, business blueprinting,
solution validation, business process definition, gap analysis,
design document creation, configuration, security design, data
replication, interfaces/ conversions, enhancements and integration
testing. Collaborate regularly with other IT SAP functional, BASIS,
and Technical teams to help deliver solutions and maximize the
value of investment in strategic enterprise applications like SAP
CRM C4C and SAP ERP ECC. Lead training workshops for Business and
IT resources for new project developed functionalities in SAP SD
and SAP CRM C4C application areas. Deliver SAP projects requiring
planning, execution and coordination of the development teams
working along internal and external resources. Ensure ongoing
operational support of current applications while assisting in the
management of the development lifecycle and delivery of programing
solutions. Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies,
procedures and delivery management best practices in the
implementation and/or maintenance of IT Applications. Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, business,
management, computer science, information technology or related
field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and six (6)
years of progressive experience in job or in Information
Technology, Business Systems, delivery and customer facing roles
working with SAP ERP (SD) and SAP CRM. Or Alternatively, a Masters
degree in engineering, business, management, computer science,
information technology or related field (willing to accept foreign
education equivalent). and three (3) years of progressive
experience in job or in Information Technology, Business Systems,
delivery and customer facing roles working with SAP ERP (SD) and
SAP CRM. Experience must include: Requirement Gathering and Solution
Design including experience with creating Functional Specification
documents in the Order to Cash process area comprising SAP Sales
and Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM Modules for development of
Workflows, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and
Enhancements; Implementation of SAP SD and SAP CRM modules in Quote
to Cash process area via Configuration and Development of Sales
Orders, Credit and Debit Memo Requests, Sales and Service
Contracts, Sales and Service Quotations, Service Orders, Outbound
Delivery, Shipments, Stock Transport Orders and Billing with
General Ledger Account Postings. Configuration Experience must
include configuring new transaction types, item categories, pricing
procedures and text determination procedures; Architecting
Integrations between SAP and Non-SAP systems using Middleware,
Enabling reporting solutions including operational and analytical
reports, Creating and executing test plans for positive and
regression testing of SAP applications Planning Deliverables,
Managing, Training the Business Users, Monitoring and Mentoring
work of team members during project, Trouble shooting of complex
SAP issues that regular support teams cannot handle. Position
