in North America is looking for exceptional sales performers to
sell business growth products and solutions to CXOs in the US. You
must have prior success selling high-ticket products to business
decision-makers in a competitive market with a fairly short sales
cycle against tremendous competition. You thrive on being the
underdog and live to displace the competition with business value.
You have the ability to orchestrate a custom business solution with
C-level executives and willful business owners. You build strong,
long-lasting, profitable relationships. You excel at building value
and closing new opportunities. You have a bias toward action and
are skillful at helping prospects take action to solve their
problems. You are relatable and compelling in your sales approach
and possess the ability to sell a solution that solves the goals
and priorities of the prospect and project. You are skillful at
understanding, articulating, and offering value for prospects and
customers. You are an excellent problem solver, a goal-oriented
high achiever, and a hard worker. You are a dedicated sales
professional who is as motivated by the success of the journey as
you are by winning the deal. You are a forward-thinking social
seller with the ability to communicate in every medium. Our ideal
Account Executive must possess: Strong hunting and prospecting
skills Excellent selling and closing skills and the ability to
communicate value based on insights The ability to forge mutually
profitable business relationships in person and over the
phone/video The desire and ability to work effectively without
supervision but with team support A strong desire to be coached and
developed Strong communication skills Proficiency in cross-selling
and team selling Excellent listening skills Excellent analytical
skills Excellent problem-solving skills CRM and Pipeline management
skills Social selling skills Eligibility to work for US employer
You must be a highly motivated self-starter, a goal-oriented high
performer, and work well without supervision and as part of a team.
You must be willing to travel occasionally and have recent prior
sales earnings of at least $80,000 in a variable compensation plan
to be considered. Experience with business process product sales,
Fintech, commercial broadband sales, PEO, payroll, and recruiting
sales is helpful but not required. No Cap on earnings. Year 1 OTE
