What You Will Be Doing:Engage and inspire associates to pursue the BBU vision for growth.Build an engaged frontline through conducting business reviews, roundtables, and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations within the Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform and executing safety awareness programs.Coach DSDE in market standards both at shelf and display to ensure adherence to brand and store guidelines.Ensure critical field sales initiatives are developed, managed, and executed effectively in the Zone Marketplace and Sales CentersBe part of a team in an extraordinary organization where you can bring your authentic self to work each and every dayPosition Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred - High School diploma required - A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
7+ years management experience in all aspects of food sales or comparable industry.
Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
