Empower our employees to do their best so that you get their best.Why join us?Benefits we offer: Opportunity for advancement Competitive benefits package 1st of the month after 30 daysHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Life Insurance and AD&DBasic Life Insurance - Company Paid for ALL EmployeesEducational Assistance401k with a company match of 50% up to the first 4% of employee contributions.Job DetailsDuties/Responsibilities:Meets and collaborates with clients, engineers, and other staff to understand the products being developed.Reviews and analyzes existing and proposed processes, staff, and materials; identifies cost-reduction opportunities.Determines needs for additional staff, machinery, materials, and other resources.Estimates costs of new equipment or capital investment necessary for production.Drafts cost estimates for projects based on data analysis and research; distributes reports to engineers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.Prepares reports forecasting production scenarios; makes recommendations based on findings.Identifies the pricing structure required for products to sell at profit.Responsible for the sizing, designing, and costing of HVAC duct system installations in Residential New Construction Homes.Provide necessary support to team members including management, sales staff, estimators, warehouse, builders, and customers.Design efficient HVAC systems in accordance with company procedures and industry guidelines as well as per local, state, and federal building and energy conservation codes.Perform code compliance energy calculations per municipality.Perform accurate equipment and material takeoffs of sizes and quantities from design drawings.Manage multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding stated deadlines.Work with other estimators, sales staff, field supervisors and operations manager to update existing design master layouts and estimates.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create forecasts based on financial data.Proficient with accounting software and cost software.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.Two years of related experience required.At least one year experience in HVAC design and estimating.Experience with Wright soft Right-Suite and Energy Gauge software, Service Titan.Interested in hearing more?
