Job DescriptionSeeking a Production Title Manager; MUST live in Florida.The Production Title Manager will manage the title production teams to ensure complete satisfaction for clients.Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workflow using techniques to assure all orders are evaluated, prioritized, assigned to appropriate staff while ensuring timely completion.
• Manage production teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products and excellent customer service.
• Supervise title examiners and other staff
• Present a positve attitude and feedback to staff.
• Know how to examine Florida titles
• Know how to create a Florida title commitment
• Know how to map metes and bounds
• Interpret complex legal documents
• Prepare and review reportsJob Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of real property laws, examining and underwriting policies and procedures, title insurance policies, endorsements, services and pricing
  • Knowledge of Florida commercial real estate matters
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
  • Ability to operate in an environment with tight deadlines and strict standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, orally and in writing
