The Warehouse Lead will assist and support the finished goods warehouse in the staging and storage of finished product. This involves nightly communication to the service department for any issues or concerns pertaining to the following day's installation schedule, delivery of time critical freight and remote location deliveries. The Warehouse Lead will oversee the work tasks of the Warehouse Associate and the Delivery Driver (who will drive products to technician's storage depots daily). This role offers an hourly rate of $17 - $19 per hour, depending on experience. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Oversee the receiving of all finished goods. Validate product arrival and assist in the storage and staging of products use bins or other storage means Coordinate activities of Warehouse Associates and Delivery Drivers. Oversee and coordinate daily schedule Confirm product availability and distribution with the GWS Scheduling department. Assist technicians with loading product or locating product as required Partner with key stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the active client orders Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and loading dock at all times Ensure all product receipts are categorized in the Warehouse Receiving tool daily Manage facility vendors to ensure task completion at the lowest costs Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Some college preferred Experience using window based systems Driving experience required with clean long standing driving record Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills Experienced with warehouse operations Licensed to operate a motor vehicle and driving record is in good standing, to support field team as needed
