We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Loan Partner who wants to make waves!

Responsibilities:
--- Serve as the right-hand partner to a top-producing Loan Originator
--- Manage a robust pipeline from pre-approval through closing
--- Own document collection, review, and loan structuring for optimal success
--- Oversee ordering services (title, appraisal, VOEs, etc.)
--- Lead memorable client experiences with thoughtful touches, closing gifts
--- Support agent relationships, events, and referral strategy
--- Prepare polished presentations and materials for meetings

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in mortgage (LOA, Processor, or similar role)
--- Deep understanding of residential lending and the loan process
--- Confidence reviewing income, assets, credit & structuring files
--- Tech-savvy and systems-driven (ARIVE, Go High Level, Encompass, and Bonzo are a plus)
--- Exceptional organization, follow-up, and communication skills
--- College Degree preferred
