Qualifications & Job Functions

• Facilitates the administration of warranty claims
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders as well as any returns or warranty items; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the appropriate area
• Creates quotes, enters PO's into system
• Procures parts-materials-tools
• Handles client inquiries and concerns
• Proven administrative & customer service experience
• Knowledge of Office Admin responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Good driving record with a clear background check and drug screen
