The ideal candidate will have experience in medical imaging service
and repair of Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab.
Experience with X-ray and Fluoroscopy a must. This is an ideal

Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab
The Field Service Engineer is a customer-facing role that
primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Omega imaging
equipment at customer sites. Our FSEs represent the "Face of Omega
Medical Imaging" to the customer. Looking for a self-motivated
self-starter that is driven and interested in a job with a strong
opportunity for growth.
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Director of Customer
Support & Service at company headquarters in Sanford, FL. This is
not a remote work place role.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with
customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative
Quick Summary:The person accepting the Field Service Engineer
role will spend much of their time in these key areas:
+ Traveling nationally to hospitals to complete service work
orders, installations, and clinical applications.
+ Troubleshooting and resolving customer and product issues.
+ Building positive relationships with Omega Medical Imaging
+ Documenting service results in order to maintain accurate
Education, and Experience
+ Experience Technical associate degree or equivalent experience
+ Previous experience with X-Ray product equipment is
+ Previous experience with Interventional Radiology and Cardiac
Cath Lab preferred
+ 5 - 15 years' of X-Ray field service experience
+ Valid driver's license and good driving record required
+ Experience interpreting schematic diagrams and perform
effective repair and planned maintenance on biomedical or medical
+ Experience in a hospital setting
+ Strong knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and
understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices
+ Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test
+ Must be willing to work different shifts as business needs
+ Must be willing to travel and provide service nationally and
infrequently globally with little or no notice
+ Extensive travel required
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Experience developing and maintaining good customer
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
+ Must be able to work both individually and in an established

training and certification.
