JOB SUMMARYFacility Custodian is responsible for general upkeep,maintenance, cleaning of multi-site exterior facilities, and interior buildings,lobbies, office area, restrooms, stairs and/or other areas as assigned. Projectwork, including floor maintenance, may be on the list of duties assigned.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS1. Responsible for daily upkeep of interior and exterior property2. Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)3. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities4. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects5. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs6. Make adjustments and minor repairs7. Stock and maintain supply rooms8. Have ability to be able to handle heavy equipment and machinery9. Ability to lift trash, use cleaning equipment and work with limited supervision10. Follow all health and safety regulations11. Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS1. Ability to follow directions precisely with attention to detail2. Complete assigned tasks3. Have dependable transportation.4. Report to work in the proper uniform on the job site while cleaning in a neat appearance.5. Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies in a healthcare environment6. Ability to relate well to people* Bilinguala plus (English / Spanish)ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS* Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and E-Verify* Have reliable transportation to job site* Clean and neat appearanceEDUCATION* High School Diploma or equivalentDRIVING BETWEEN LOCATIONS:Employees who are required to drive their own vehicle on True Health business will be required to show proof of the following documentation prior to the first day of employment or before driving to other sites for work related purpose* Valid Driver's License* Proof of car insuranceREPORTING RELATIONSHIP* Reports to the Manager of FacilitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS1. Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.2. Computer knowledge to access and viewa. computer screen for job related work tickets3. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions for extended periods of time
