The Spectrum Sales Coordinator for Direct Sales provides
detailed, in-depth research and analysis for the Direct Sales
department regarding performance against connect and financial
goals and any other relevant metrics. Coordinate department
logistics, initiatives and communication between department
management and other departments or business affiliates. This
position has extensive contact with personnel as well as leadership
from all areas of the organization and industry.
SPECIFIC DUTIES : Track, compile, analyze and report (daily,
weekly, monthly and quarterly) on sales performance, sales
opportunities, commissions, connects, disconnects, penetration,
ratios, revenue, profitability, audit and retention for the Direct
Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of Direct
Sales incentives and initiates.
Cooperate with business affiliates to communicate results and
award prizes as appropriate.
Assist in preparation of sales models, forecasts and budgets
including cost estimates, budget tracking and reconciliation.
Process and track invoices received from vendors to ensure
accurate billing and payment.
Coordinate allocation of department resources to sales staff and
management, including uniform expense accounts, cellular phones and
other necessary materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements : Bachelor's Degree preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience in the telecommunications
Must include extensive coursework and high proficiency in
marketing, sales, financial analysis, statistical analysis and
Very high proficiency in computer skills required, including
databases such as Microsoft Access and the SQL language.
Advanced MS Excel skills/experience required.
Must have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving
Ability to make recommendations based on market studies and
summarize findings in concise reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree; or three years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
