Installation Technician Type: Temporary to Permanent/Full-time Pay:
$18.00/hr Type: Temporary to Permanent A progressive, stable
manufacturer who designs and manufactures industry-leading
specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services is
seeking qualified candidates to fill an immediate need for
Automotive Electrical Installers. This role will install and
troubleshoot 12V 110V and 3-phase electrical system components.
Install aftermarket and OEM vehicle lighting and accessories. This
opportunity is in Winter Park, FL. What you will do: • Must be able
to perform QC repair and rework. • Understand and carry out verbal
and written directions in English. • Close attention to detail •
Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision. •
Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled per
assigned department. • Establish and maintain cooperative working
relationships. • Meet minimum standards of safety per assigned
department. • Meet minimum standards of housekeeping per assigned
department. • Meet all QA and QC standards for each task per
assigned department. • Be compliant with all the rules of conduct
and attendance per the company handbook. What You Bring to the Job:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). • Ability
to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple
instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. • Ability
to read and understand assembly prints, pick lists, sales orders,
and shop orders, and other written or verbal instructions presented
in English. • Ability to read English and Metric tape measures and
use measuring devices. • Ability to perform all operations within
acceptable quality and time standards. • Must have good knowledge
of shop math. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to
carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions. •
Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards. • Be trained
in Hazardous Materials Handling Operations with an annual refresher
