Our engineering team collaborates closely with all production departments, including Project Management, Creative, and Quality, to develop engaging solutions for our clients.Your RoleAs a Software Engineer specializing in Unreal Engine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions from concept to implementation. You will be responsible for designing and developing Unreal Engine applications and advanced immersive technologies. Collaborating closely with a team of experts in a dynamic environment, you will tackle complex challenges, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration with various real-time platforms. Your contributions will help drive the evolution of spatial computing, enhancing user experiences and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in this exciting field.

• Solve complex problems in real-time systems using Unreal Engine, sensor fusion, simulation, and spatial computing.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative solutions for client projects and internal products.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive project success and enhance client experiences.What You'll Need
  • Deep experience working in the Unreal Engine and several native features (Replication, Mass, Chaos)
  • Experience working in C++ and Blueprints Visual Scripting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice To Have
    • Experience in the Training & Simulation or Gaming industries.
    • Experience with various headsets such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Apple Vision Pro, etc.
    • Experience in a high autonomy startup environment, showcasing adaptability & discipline.
    • Enthusiasm for innovation in immersive experiences and a drive to constantly push creative boundaries.Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a US Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations.
