Develop and execute training modules for nursing staff in the Emergency Department. Utilize up-to-date clinical research to create evidence-based practice guidelines. Assess educational needs and the effectiveness of training programs. Support the orientation of new nurses and ongoing education of existing staff. Collaborate with department heads to align educational activities with operational goals. Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities Ability to design curriculum and educational programs Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems Strong communication and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) is a plus BLS/ACLS Instructor Certification desirable
