Job Description Outpatient General Cardiologist – NO HOSPITAL COVERAGE Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Cardiologist to join a well-established, mission-driven team in Daytona Beach, Florida . This is a unique opportunity to practice outpatient cardiology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, a passion for teamwork, and a commitment to advancing high-quality care for a diverse patient population. Practice Highlights Outpatient-focused role with comprehensive cardiovascular evaluation and management Emphasis on preventive cardiology, lifestyle modification, and risk reduction Interpret and oversee non-invasive diagnostics, including ECGs, ambulatory monitors, echocardiograms, and stress testing Collaborate with a multispecialty team to ensure integrated patient-centered care Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to APPs Support smooth care transitions, patient education, and population health initiatives Utilize Epic EHR for documentation, quality metrics, and care coordination Participate in quality improvement efforts aligned with the Quintuple Aim : patient experience, population health, care team well-being, health equity, and cost of care Qualifications MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Comfort overseeing advanced practice providers in a team-based model Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience valued) Familiarity with value-based care models and risk adjustment preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Sign-on bonus and relocation support available Student loan repayment options CME allowance and professional development support Community Highlights – Daytona Beach, FL Daytona Beach offers the perfect balance of sun, surf, and lifestyle .
