Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Titusville, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 11 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Years experience required: 2 years Local traveler? No locals – must be greater than 30 miles from facility Ratios: 1:6 patient ratio experience required Weekend requirement: Every other Float required? Yes (within scope) Open to accommodating block schedule? No block scheduling allowed RTO Parameters: No RTO during the first or last week of assignment. Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Additional Details/Requirements: Floating required. Rapid Response team experience required. Total joints experience required. MIXED UNIT HIGH ACUITY, PLEASE READ JD MUST BE Available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week.
