telemetry, and progressive care Ability to comply with floating
requirements and work mandatory shifts Experience with rapid
response teams and total joint procedures required Description:
This position requires a registered nurse with experience in a
mixed med/surg telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for
managing a patient care load with a 1:6 ratio. Candidate must have
experience with cardiac drips without titration and management of
dysrhythmias. Experience with total joint replacements and
monitoring arterial blood gases is essential. The nurse will
participate in the rapid response team as part of the
interdisciplinary support. The facility provides acute care
services with a daily census that varies. The nurse will be
expected to work weekends on an alternating basis as per the unit's
scheduling needs. The ability to adapt to schedule changes within
48 hours is required. The candidate should also be prepared to work
with patients who are COVID-positive. Total joint care and wound
management experience is a plus. All skills relevant to the
position should be well-practiced and demonstrated. Requirements
