This role is crucial in providing expert physical rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients undergoing physical rehabilitation following illnesses, injuries, or surgeries. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans to help improve or restore human motor functions and mitigate disability. Implement patient care programs that focus on activities and exercises meant to improve muscle strength, coordination, and mobility. Maintain patient records thoroughly documenting the care and treatment course. Prepare patient status updates and communicate these regularly to the relevant parties involved in the patient's care plan. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises. Expert knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and interventions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple patient care tasks sequentially Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist license or certification in the state of practice BLS certified
