Job Description:

The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Demonstrates proficiency in the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
Provides education to patients and families, ensuring understanding of health issues and resources.
Utilizes critical thinking for patient assessment, communication, and care plan adjustments, and manages patient flow, safety, and unit operations.
Ensures compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
Maintains documentation accuracy, handles medical equipment, processes orders, and interprets patient charts.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and relevant certifications; 1 year of experience preferred.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time, with a focus on safe, evidence-based patient care.
