We serve patients Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, clinicians and staff willing to carry on AdventHealths mission in the communities we serve.*The value youll bring to the team:** Evaluates patients, interprets results accurately and provides a written report with recommendations within guidelines.* Completes financial agreements and follows up with the patient in a professional and courteous manner.* Documents accurately, completely and timely with legible handwriting. Uses measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.* Charges patients accurately, timely and legibly according to guidelines of CPT code format, price file, and following insurance guidelines.* Utilizes appropriate approach and communication skills for the population served, which may include: Neonate/Infant (birth * Identifies the need for patient/caregiver teaching and utilizes each opportunity for teaching on a planned or spontaneous basis.
