Your primary function is to care for patients preparing for imaging and diagnostic procedures. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.SummaryIn this role you will:In this role you will:
  • Administer moderate sedation for CT guided biopsies, drains, etc
  • Operate Cardiac CTA- administer Nitroglycerin and Metoprolol
  • Administer Glucagon to CT enterography
  • Administer Lasix
  • Place Foley Catheters
  • Access Port-a-Cath and de-access with Heparin per protocol
  • Start IV in difficult sticks
  • Monitor outpatients who have pacemaker or defibrillator -Job Requirements:
    • Weekday shifts are 7-10 hrs. Call is covered for weeknights and weekends.
    • 1 year critical care experience preferred -
    • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
    • Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. -If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
    • BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required
