(Physician/MD qualifications required) Surgical Critical Care - This Regional Medical Center if Central Florida is seeking a Trauma Medical Director for their Level II trauma center in Sanford, FL

Qualified Candidates:
Board certified by the ABS with trauma-surgical critical care fellowship
ATLS required
At least 1-2 years of prior leadership-directorship experience required

221-bed acute care hospital
State verified Level II trauma center
12-hour primary in-house coverage plus 12-hour secondary call from home with 30-min response (rarely called in)
Emergency general surgery & trauma call
24-7 on-call neurosurgeons
24-7 on-site anesthesia, surgical services team & trauma-trained nurses

The Regional Medical Center is a 221-bed, Level 2 trauma center
Established in 1982, we are the only full-service cardiovascular program in Seminole and west Volusia
