innovative intoxicating beverages since alcohol.Role Overview:As
the Director of Digital Marketing at Picco Beverage Group (Triple
High Seltzer), you will lead the charge in driving retail sales
through innovative digital strategies, engaging content, and
impactful partnerships. This role combines creativity, data-driven
decision-making, and leadership to elevate brand awareness and
optimize customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive In Market Retail Sales:
- Manage contractors and our internal team to create trendy and
exciting video and still content to advertise on Meta, TikTok, and
more, targeting our core audience in markets we have
distribution.
- Create a digital marketing strategy that will work seamlessly
across all platforms to drive growth.
- Boost Brand Awareness:
- Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and staff designers to
identify opportunities to boost brand awareness.
- Engage in and seek out partnerships with influencers and social
media groups to create sponsored content, building brand
awareness.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Strategies:
- Calculate and improve the cost-effectiveness and experience of
new customer acquisition (e.g., customer-acquisition cost analysis
through marketing spends and sales data).
- Manage and Improve SEO Performance:
- Enhance organic search traffic and keyword rankings with the
support of our vendor/agency partners (e.g., manage vendor KPIs and
feedback, track organic traffic and keyword positions using tools
like Google Analytics).
- Boost Website Conversion Rates:
- Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and staff designers to
identify opportunities to improve the web experience for customers
(e.g., utilize Google Analytics and vendor feedback to develop and
deploy strategies to improve website performance).
- Monitor and Maximize Ad/Content Campaign ROI:
- Compare revenue generated from paid content across channels
(including social) to support strategic planning with the Business

- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on
e-commerce, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful
digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data,
track KPIs, and optimize strategies for customer acquisition and
conversion.
- Experience managing SEO initiatives, including keyword
research, organic traffic growth, and vendor oversight.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google
Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to manage teams, vendors, and cross-departmental
projects.
- Successful completion of background check upon acceptance of
offer.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the beverage industry, particularly in alcohol or
hemp-derived THC markets, with knowledge of legal frameworks and
promotional regulations.
- Expertise in A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and
enhancing user experience for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
platforms for website management.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships
to build brand awareness.
- Experience with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce,
for managing marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to guide the development of
high-quality visual and video content.
- Previous leadership experience in managing cross-functional
marketing teams or agencies.Base Compensation: $100,000Paid Time
Off: 15 Days PTO + designated Company Holidays
