Position Summary
A 30-year old MedTech company with a start-up mindset, providing AI Interventional Imaging Systems. As they launch internationally and pivot into the cardiology arena, this role will run a prosperous service business that is bringing cutting-edge imaging solutions to the medical community worldwide.

This position will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service business roadmap to leverage technology.
• Drive the development and implementation of strategic & tactical initiatives to support & scale our fast-growing technical service business .
• Achieve revenue & profit targets.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, regulatory affairs, and sales.
• Customer & Technical Support - (Customer Focus, Composure, Negotiating, strong Business Acumen).
• Determine strategic and tactical initiatives based on business needs.
  What we are looking for:
  
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience preferably in healthcare services or capital equipment services. Experience in x-ray interventional imaging is preferred.
  • Prior P/L responsibility
  • The ability to handle conflicting high-level business challenges
  • Excellent leadership, recruiting, and mentoring
