They provide comprehensive servicesfrom conceptual design through construction managementboth in-house and through a strong network of industry professionals. Their projects range from custom homes and additions to restaurant and retail build-outs. Residential CAD Project Manager is a high-impact role ideal for someone who's motivated by autonomy, thrives on variety, and wants to have a direct hand in shaping a project from start to finish. This position, Residential CAD Project Manager, is100% in-office and not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements What You'll Do as a Residential CAD Project Manager: Lead the design process for commercial and residential projectsfrom early concepts through to permit-ready construction documents. Manage your own client projects, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and administrative staff. Research materials, codes, and regulations to ensure full compliance. Maintain and refine CAD files and structural drawings for use in ongoing design. Independently create and refine standard details as needed. Help improve systems and processes as the company growsyour voice matters here.
