Title: Sr. Data Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $80.00 - 88.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Sr. Data Engineer Manage AWS cloud computing environment, including compute, data, security, and other features.
Maintain and support AWS EC2 servers hosting various docker containers including but not limited to: RStudio, JupyterHub, PypiCloud, MLFlow, Streamlit
Maintain AWS S3 buckets
Maintain and support the Data Lab's Enterprise AI platform
Maintain and support the Snowflake data-warehouse instances
Maintain and support the AWS Aurora PostgreSQL and other DBMS instances
Recommend and provision infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Partner with developers to deploy and operationalize custom analytic applications --- Partner with Decision Science team to integrate data science advancements into end-to-end solutions
Partner with Data Engineering team to establish scalable, efficient, and automated data processes
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
GenAI technology, specifically RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector databases, and Prompt Engineering
AWS S3 and EC2 Linux instances, Bash, SSH, Docker, Kubernetes
Candidate must be willing, self-motivated and disciplined, collaborate effectively within teams and require very little oversees and instructions.
Candidate needs strong communication skills to convey complex ideas, issues and status clearly and effectively

Must Have: Linux; AWS Cloud Computing Environment
BASH
Python
SQL, programming language
Docker - Be able to create complex images from scratch
