qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist
position is available to provide support across multiple elementary
schools within Lake County, Florida. This contract role offers an
opportunity to work directly with students in a school-based
setting, serving a caseload of approximately 100 students across
nine elementary schools. The position requires on-site presence and
full-time hours, contributing to a collaborative team of physical
therapists dedicated to student health and mobility. Location:
Tavares, FL - serving multiple elementary schools in the Lake
County area, including Umatilla Elementary, Spring Creek Charter,
Sorrento Elementary, and others nearby. Responsibilities: Deliver
physical therapy services to elementary-aged students within
assigned schools. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and
healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized
therapy plans. Manage caseload effectively, supporting
approximately 100 students across multiple schools. Participate in
district onboarding and credentialing processes as required.
Maintain accurate records including timesheets and procedural
documentation. Support dual-PT teams at each school for
comprehensive therapy coverage. Qualifications: Valid professional
Physical Therapist licensure required. Prior school-based physical
therapy experience preferred but not required. Ability to work
on-site full-time with an 8-hour workday plus unpaid 30-minute
break. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with
educators and families. Availability for timely completion of
district onboarding and interview processes. Additional Details:
Start date: ASAP, with position ending May 29, 2026. Work hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Contract position with
district-provided onboarding and procedural agreements. Physical
