for Prospects. Job Skills / Requirements Shifts include: 1st and
2nd Shift Full time Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 700am-1500pm Monday-
Tuesday 1500pm - 2300pm 32 hours per week Hourly starting wage:
$17.50 Responsibilities: Greet and process visitor, vendors and
homeowners Provide assistance in a courteous and professional
manner Monitor for irregular or unusual activity Enforce visitor
management policies and procedures Investigate and prepare reports
on incidents Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have experience working for access control for residential
communities Must have open availability to work all shifts and
schedules Must have reliable transportation Must have good
communications skills Ability to stand or walk for long periods
Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods Must
be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
