Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and
dependable Commercial Sign Installer to join our growing team. This
role is ideal for an experienced craftsman who takes pride in
precision, safety, and results while installing a wide range of
commercial signage. Our installers are the face of our company in
the field. You will work on diverse, high-visibility projects
installing interior and exterior signage for commercial, retail,
corporate, and institutional clients. Responsibilities • Install a
wide variety of commercial signage including: Channel letters
Monument signs Wall signs and dimensional letters Vinyl graphics
and window graphics Interior ADA signage Wayfinding signage Post
and panel signs • Read and interpret shop drawings, site plans, and
installation instructions • Operate power tools and installation
equipment safely • Perform site surveys and field measurements as
needed • Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and bucket trucks •
Ensure installations meet quality standards and safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and
team members • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of commercial sign
installation experience • Experience installing channel letters,
vinyl graphics, and large exterior signage - electrical knowledge
required. • Ability to read construction drawings and sign plans •
Experience using lifts, ladders, and installation tools • Strong
attention to detail and craftsmanship • Valid driver’s license and
clean driving record - CDL a plus • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work
outdoors in various weather conditions • Reliable, professional,
and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications • Experience operating
bucket trucks and lifts • Electrical experience (connecting
illuminated signs) • Crane or rigging experience • OSHA
certification (or willingness to obtain) • CDL license (a plus, not
