Pay: $23.00-$32.00/hr. Yearend bonuses Benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401K with 4% employer match Additional benefits offered through Aflac paid holidays paid vacation Position Summary: Responsible for assembling, installing, or maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar pool heating systems & solar water heating systems on roofs or other structures. You will work to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications: Valid license and insurable driving record Previous solar service experience required Previous electrical experience required Ability to promote and comply with all company and safety procedures Ability to use appropriate hand tools and power tools to perform a variety of functions to install solar systems Must be a self-starter and have the able to work individually and with a team
