involves forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for a variety of
commercial and site development projects in the High Springs /
Gainesville area. The Concrete Laborer will assist with surface
preparation, tool operation, and reinforcement installation, while
helping to maintain a clean and safe job site. This is a great

Responsibilities: Prepare job sites and assist with all phases of
concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing. Mix,
spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand and power tools.
Assist with the installation of reinforcement materials like rebar
and wire mesh. Clean and maintain tools, work areas, and equipment.
Work safely and efficiently while following company and OSHA safety
standards. Collaborate with crew members and follow direction from
supervisors to meet deadlines and project goals. What We're Looking
For: Previous experience in concrete or construction is preferred,
but not required - we're willing to train. Physically capable of
working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting heavy
materials. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness
to learn new skills on the job. Ability to work well in a team
environment and follow instructions. Valid driver's license and
