Prior facilities management, maintenance technician, machinery experience or relevant education/experience required. Previous Plumbing, HVAC or electrical experience a PLUS Position Overview: What this job entails · Performs Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on all facility equipment and systems, mechanical, electrical, structural, and plumbing both inside and outside of buildings · Coordinating with production team and service team to schedule and complete periodic maintenance and repairs of systems and equipment · Performs a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, etc… · Be able to assist with troubleshooting, repair and initiate supplier technical support of facility owned equipment · Be able to read and comprehend specification sheets and equipment manuals · Assist with design, fabrication, test, and implementation of systems and equipment upgrades and modifications · Be able to record and report appropriate and necessary information regarding maintenance/repair logs · Adhere to all safety guidelines and offer input to continuously promote and improve a safe working environment. · Ability to safely operate a forklift and scissor lift Other Requirements · Proven experience as a mechanic, plumber, Facilities Technician or similar role · Strong communication skills both in person and via email · Proficient with the Microsoft office suite · Ability to modify work schedule at times to accommodate production schedules with equipment shutdowns · Regular periods of emergency “on call” status will be required · Positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse team · Knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems. · Knowledge of electrical control systems. · Knowledge of pneumatic systems, including air compressors. · Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus · Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively · Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills · Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions · Can safely operate tools and equipment needed with what ever task is being worked on Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Medical, Dental , Vision, Short Term Disability PTO – vacation / sick time Working Conditions · This position requires continuous standing, walking, lifting and carrying, frequent bending, reaching, crouching, climbing of stairs and ladders. · This position will require your ability to work in a warehouse environment as well as outside. You must be able to tolerate temperatures above 90 degrees F on a regular basis for extended periods. · This position requires that you wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in the brewhouse. This position is full time and pay is commensurate with experience.
