Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite , contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities Code and process invoices daily utilizing three-way matching Perform weekly check runs, as well as invoice & vendor statement reconciliations Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies Set up new vendors and maintain contractor insurance Process expense reports Post journal entries Experience Two years of accounts payable experience required including experience processing expense reports Skills/Knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and accounting software/ERP systems knowledge required High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills Education Associate degree in Accounting preferred Work Hours/Pay Rate Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week $22-25/hr.
