Duration: Contract to Direct after 1yr
Pay rate: $24 - $27 / BOE

The A/P A/R Support Associate role at the Florida Airlines Academy will be an on-site role (Not remote) and be located in Sanford, Florida. The role is unique in that we require someone to be able to help verify A/P batches for accuracy as well as assist A/R with collection efforts and completing student audits for final billings.

Major functions:
--- Review A/P batches for accuracy prior to posting
--- Help with collection efforts working with the site A/R specialist as well as 2 collection agencies
--- Using data from the training subsystem, populate final audit templates to determine the final amount owed by flight academy students
--- Ad Hoc / Misc Requests that are assigned to you

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:
Requirements:
--- 2-5 years of prior A/P, A/R, and collections support
--- Detailed oriented
--- Excellent organization skills
--- Knowledge of Solomon Software or (MS Dynamics Software is preferred)
--- Ability to work with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
