exploits of application vulnerabilities.POSITION OVERVIEWOur Sales
Development Representatives are the first step in our sales process
here at ThreatLocker, used to help grow and develop entry level
sales professionals. The role focuses on product knowledge and best
sales practices. Our SDR's will be contacting potential customers
to inform them about our product or service using scripts. Along
with answering questions about products or the company and asking
questions to better understand customer requirements.JOB SCOPEThe
SDR will be responsible for, but not limited to:Contact businesses
and private individuals by telephone to promote productExplain the
product or service to potential customersDeliver scripted sales
pitch to the customerHandle customer questionsRecord customer
details including reaction to the product or service
offeredSchedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective
customersStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with
active listeningREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in a high volume,
call center working environment, preferredAbility to multi-task,
set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreeWORKING
