This individual must possess a high drive to win while maintaining the integrity to do the right thing. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need an enthusiastic leader that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.General Requirements:
  Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check18 years of age or older50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)Basic Computer Skills1+ years of successful supervisory experienceHighly developed communication skills - bilingual is a plus!Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferredMust speak English and SpanishResponsibilities
